The Roller Coaster

Ups and downs…

Go through ones, enjoy the others.

It’s an endless roller coaster.

There’s the rush, the adrenalin but also the fear of what’s next, the quick drop and the spiked climb again.

And then, it goes again and again.

In real life, we can’t always expect high moments…

We wish only for amazing moments but the truth is there are many low and lousy moments which we really don’t want to face.

We want to be happy all the time. Who doesn’t?

Or at least the feeling of happiness…

Sometimes it just doesn’t happen.

Sometimes you just need to acknowledge that you’re not at your best moment.

Allow yourself to digest it.

Allow yourself to cry but please understand it won’t last forever.
