Soulmate

The thing with Soulmate is that it starts as Love!

It’s not that shot to the stars in which you immediately know. Whenever we fall in love, we think we may have found our soulmate… and then it’s not… who hasn’t felt the feeling of being deeply, madly in love?

The connection in another person’s eyes, body, touch?

And in the end… it just falls apart!

I’m sure soulmates are everywhere around us!

I’m just not sure about…. boom, this is my soulmate and I just know it… because you feel that again and again… it’s the beauty of falling In Love!!

Of course some Loves will be stronger than others…

You know it’s love but not The Soulmate.

In any case, I’ll fall in love anytime (can’t wait for it!) and I’m more than willing to find out wether He is or not The Soulmate. One just keeps hoping! 💙🌻🌟

A Soft Adventure

Experiences… moments… feelings… expectation… accomplishment!

When you get one more ✅ off your bucket list, isn’t it such a relief?!

Isn’t it a confirmation of your success?…

After years of dreaming of it… you got it done!

And yet again, it only happened because chance threw it your way and you took it.

You made a decision. A choice.

In my case, I was lucky that a friend wanted to join…

I wouldn’t have gone alone, I admit it… but we ended up going even facing our nerves and not sure it was the wisest thing to do (in order to keep your physical integrity, I mean!! 😁).

In any case, it proved to be the wisest thing to do to keep our emotional integrity!

A bit of a soft adventure in the arabian desert (with no Lawrence of Arabia though 🤔)!!

It was beautiful!

You feel like softly gliding along the desert like in a movie 💙 Definitely something on the “repeat” list! ☮️❤️

Start by changing your world.

My Place

Why one day at home?

Some call it pure laziness, others call it a reset.

I call them both but must confess it’s mostly a reset.

It’s a time for myself where I enjoy my place.

The place I worked hard to afford, decorate at my taste and making it my safe haven.

These moments of my own make me appreciate how lucky and happy I feel here.

How accomplished.

How at peace with myself without the need of always rushing out somewhere because I can’t be alone.

It’s nice having your bit.

Your quietness every now and then.

It’s like filtering myself from everyone else and be left with my own energy only and regenerate to start one more week, one more round.

It’s my soul cleansing time, my unplug time and it makes me feel fresh and more positive before all uncertainty ahead.

It’s my award and my reward. I need to enjoy it.

Single Silent Lovers

Maybe it’s just a side you keep to yourself and someone who’ll be brave enough to find out and properly handle it.

Many different types of lovers however!

The quick lovers, the runaway lovers, the moody lovers, the fake lovers… the passionate lovers, the sweet lovers, the intense lovers…

I could go on but it’s just not funny anymore.

So maybe one day there will be a silent lasting lover.

My Lover.

As for me, I’ll keep my secrets to myself until…

Blue Sky

In one of those rare days of blue sky in Dubai!

It’s amazing how something so simple affects our mood so much!

Although Dubai has a fame for sunshine round year, truth is there’s a lot of dust from the desert in the air… so colors are always kind of faded.

Whenever there’s a true blue sky, even cloudy, as long as it’s really blue, I’m happier already!

The clouds keep you entertained looking at how their shapes change with the wind!

Lively colors definitely impact your life with positivity! It gives you a bright tone that faded colors around you can’t ever give you.

And therefore I do value lively colors a lot! 💙

Freedom and Love

Expectations, expectations, expectations…

When you decide it’s your own expectation you need to meet, you’ll feel at peace.

You don’t need to rush anything, you don’t need to impress anyone to come across as someone different in an attempt to be loved. Because some things you can’t force.

You can’t make anyone love you.

So at least be yourself so that one day, if someone does ever become to love you, you’ll be proud.

Proud of yourself for remaining faithful to your principles and proud of your other half for loving who you are.

As you are.

Photos and Memories…Moments!

Some pictures just take you to places.

Places of emotions, ideas, feelings, experiences, thoughts.

This picture reflects extreme happiness.

Pure happiness, non-restrained, with no expectations.

It was a “right here, right now” moment. You don’t care if you look good or bad on the photo.

These are memories of unconditional presence.

Memories that slowly have become lighter.

The invisible scars are now softer and gentler.

I respect them and with all due respect, I leave them in the past, where they belong.

I cherish them as a growing process.

I cherish them for their dreamy side, that turned into pain and finally into beauty.

I’m so happy I have these memories. They meant soul searching moments.

They meant intense living and laughing. They meant unconditional sweet surrender.

They mean I was lucky enough to have all of this!

And they teach me it’s possible.

Unlikely, very hard to happen again but not impossible.

And I appreciate every detail of the effort put into it.

My heart isn’t locked at all. It’s hopeful. With no fear or regrets.
