Ok… here we go… yes…. it’s possible!!
At least in my humble opinion which is based in my experience.
The man/woman friendship isn’t really that complicated.
Some people, regardless of man or woman, just like making it complicated.
To be honest, a male friend gives you always a different perspective of life and all matters.
And it’s not any male friend.
One who cares.
One who is truly a friend.
Someone you can rely on.
Someone with whom you feel comfortable enough to talk about any given thing.
Deep and meaningful stuff or simply random stuff.
The key thing is both being on the same page. Where both feel the same.
I feel I lost the opportunity to have good friends because they can’t or won’t understand it’s possible.
It doesn’t need a hidden feeling praying for it to evolve one day. If it evolves for both, great! That’s awesome!
Talk about it, figure it out. But that’s not the final goal.
The goal is the friendship itself.
It’s whatever at ease you have with him.
The same vibe, the same kind of connection and understanding, the empathy…
So why not take it to the next level if it’s so perfect?
Because the next level is not an obligation!
And again, if you take it to the next level, I’m all in favor, as long as it’s what both want.
These friendships seem really hard because one or another is “predicting” the others behavior, thinking of something different, so they run.
Or maybe they really don’t want to be friends simply because they’re looking for something else.
I don’t know.
Humans are too complex to understand.
But that’s why friends don’t really need to understand you or agree.
They just need to be there.
To listen to your babbling.
These men almost become women when listening to you and you pretty much become a guy when listening to them…
And it’s pretty cool to see life from his point of view.
