Opinions

You bet you are!!

So true!

Seems simple enough right?

But how easy is it for us to be upset by one person’s opinion on us?

What kind of power do they have to throw us down so quickly? Well… they don’t have that power!

We give it to them because maybe we’re insecure or don’t know how to deal with it.

So once that self-doubt energy settles in, it’s hard to change it back up in useful time.

It usually hits us on our most vulnerable spots so it’s even harder!

I guess the first step is to become aware of the power we’re giving them.

Awareness on what’s really happening at least makes you want to change it.

Once you want to change it… work on it, ask for help.

Start valuing yourself.

Look around… is it only that person that breaks your energy? Or many?

Of course you can question yourself but when you do, be sure to be imparcial with yourself and not be the first to sabotage… you.

So build what you’re sure of.

Trust it.

Trust your good energy to overcome everything else.

Trust your judgement.

One opinion is worth… whatever meaning you give it.

So make it relative, it’s definitely not a universal one.

Trust yourself and act accordingly.
