How do you know?
How do you know if the past isn’t going to repeat itself?
Is it one more learning reference?
You’ve got so many “places of reference” that they do indeed become “places of residence”… when those learnings are imprinted so deep within your brain, it’s like they translate into permanent fear.
They bring out all of your insecurities, the ones that chase you even if you want to make them go away.
How strong and confident do you need to be to believe again?
To let go of that restraint?
How can you tell if it’s time to be happy or just one more hoax?
Why can’t it be simple?
Why does it always have to be a glimpse only?
They come and they go. And again. Same roller coaster. Same ride. Same loss.
But because you want it so much, you feel it so much, you fight for it.
Deep down, the belief is still stronger than the destruction.
So you take the chance.
You put yourself out there to take the fall again.
And you choose to trust.
Or maybe just hope.
Hope that he won’t let you fall.
And if he does let you fall, just like the others, you trust that you’ll be able to pick up your million broken pieces one more time.
It’s not even the pain.
It’s the sense of lost hope.
But you won’t know for sure until you take that leap of faith.
How many self-sabotage masks are you using to keep you right where you are?
How will you tame your fears?
You just need to breath in, breath out, and believe, don’t you?
You just need to turn them into dreams and follow your heart.
If you fall… you’ll get back up.
As always.
