Grateful for my own thoughts

We hear everyone giving us advise on how to make the most of this quarantine period.

Exercise, eat healthy, meditate, learn a new skill, keep a routine… as much as I value other people’s advise, I also like to use my own thinking.

And I think we all should think for ourselves… think and think a lot on what YOU feel is the best way to spend this time at home.

Take the time to think on what you’d like to get done after this.

Identify what’s really important to you.

Plan it out.

How can you achieve it?

What first few steps can you take?

What’s the benefit it will bring to you?

How will you feel once you reach it?

Can you see it?

Good… that means you’re Alive.

And nowadays, with restricted movements, we know freedom was the taken for granted gift.

Can we not take it for granted ever again?

Can we not take Health – physical, mental and spiritual – for granted?

Think for yourself to come to your own conclusions.

Wether it’s a bright or a dark place in your mind right now, it’s still your place.

Be mindful of healthy advise but never give up on improving your own path.

Your own beliefs.

Your own learnings.

And be grateful for them.

Value them.

They will make you grow if you allow it to be.

The idea behind this page is to share my opinion and experience in what seems to be a crazy world nowadays. I look at myself, my friends and acquaintances and hear so many different, yet similar stories… of our search for Love, disappointments, insights. I wanted to share them! Considering cultural differences some adjustments had to be made. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!
