Overthinking

How many times did you feel the need for an explanation on why something happened the way it did?

It seems to go in a direction and all of the sudden, it just goes the opposite and it catches you off guard.

You think about every little detail, every single reaction, word, thought.

You turn it into a rational process when it’s everything but that. It’s an emotional one, all the way.

It consumes you and drains your energy.

It denies you the “why” and the understanding.

So you’re left with no choice but to digest it, process it, regardless of everything else.

It’s just the way it is… the hard part is leaving the brain alone. There’s no switch to turn it off or, at least, pause it. Overthinking is the mind playing games.

It’s tiring and you can’t stop it.

You can only acknowledge it and know that it’s only that bad in your mind.

Because reality is there. Moving on.

And reality moves on with no questions asked.

The idea behind this page is to share my opinion and experience in what seems to be a crazy world nowadays. I look at myself, my friends and acquaintances and hear so many different, yet similar stories… of our search for Love, disappointments, insights. I wanted to share them! Considering cultural differences some adjustments had to be made. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!
