The Give It All

I don’t know how to love less.

I don’t know how to be less.

I don’t know how to raise my walls permanently.

I wish I did.

I wish I could kind of love.

Maybe everything would be easier.

I don’t allow many people in. But when I do, I give it my all.

And that’s a mistake.

But how to contain yourself?

How to constantly monitor your energy?

How to constantly keep it ‘normal’?
