Failure Hurts

Oh Failure… that word no one wants on their mind dictionary… and it’s probably one of the most common experiences of our lives.

Failed relationships, failed friendships, failed jobs, failed plans, failed dreams, failed goals.

Failure hurts.

It hurts your heart, your pride, your ego… and eventually it hurts your soul.

We fail because we believe we can win.

Simple.

We fail because the will to win is stronger than the fear, the bruised ego and the bitterness that follows.

So we go for it.

We take the chance.

We believe in words, promises and acts which fade away and we wonder why we failed again.

But we tried.

Had we not tried and failed?

What if we had been successful?

Taking the fall and getting back up is as important as savoring the win. Don’t forget any win can turn into failure in a heartbeat.

It’s frustrating to acknowledge failure after failure.

It’s painful.

It’s a waste of yourself when you have so much to give, should you be given the opportunity… it’s hard keeping the excitement for new opportunities when you fell again and again.

It’s even harder when you feel you’re not given credit to showcase yourself.

In any sphere of your life.

You can’t really dissociate them because your well being is a Human Being.

It’s a whole piece, although you show different pieces in different moments and circumstances.

So take your time bouncing back from each failure.

And start all over again.

Simply because you can.

You can even start with the wrong reasons but it’s the right ones that will lead you to an outcome.

And a learning.

Considering cultural differences some adjustments had to be made. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!
